OFFICIAL RULES
“Win Your CAISSY Goalie”, a contest organized by CAISSY Inc.
1. DURATION OF THE CONTEST
The “Win Your CAISSY Goalie” contest (the “Contest”) is held by CAISSY Inc. (the “Organizer”). The Contest begins on Tuesday February 9 at 12:01 am and ends on Tuesday February 23rd at 11:59 pm (the “Contest Period”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 The Contest is open to anyone 18 years of age or older at the time of participation and who resides in the province of Quebec, with the exception of employees, representatives and agents of the Organizer, their advertising or promotion agencies and suppliers of materials or services related to the Contest, as well as members of their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother), their legal or de facto spouse and persons with whom these employees, representatives and agents are domiciled.
2.2 For the purposes of these rules, the participant is the person whose email address is indicated on the entry form.
2.3 To be declared a winner, the selected person must have complied with these rules and correctly answered a mathematical skill-testing question found on the Entry Form. Failure to comply with the conditions listed in these rules may result in the disqualification of the participant.
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
3.1 The participant must go to the CAISSY Inc. website (www.caissy.com/contest) and complete the online form. The participant will automatically obtain one (1) entry for the draw (“Entry”) of the prize offered in the contest.
3.2 No purchase necessary.
3.3 Limit. Participants must respect the following limit, failing which they may be disqualified:
a) One entry per person for the duration of the contest, regardless of the number of email addresses they may have.
4. PRIZE
4.1. A CAISSY Amateur Series freestanding goalie in a 48 ”high format, delivered to the address indicated on the winner’s entry form. The total value of the Prize is CAD $ 700.
4.2. The Prize has no cash value or transfer, and must be accepted as described.
5. DRAW
5.1 The prize draw will be held on Friday February 26, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. at Hatem + D Design et Stratégie (101, rue Arago Est, Québec, QC, G1K 3T6).
6. PRIZE AWARDING
6.1 In order to be declared a winner, any selected person must:
a) The winner must be 18 years of age and over;
b) Have been reached by phone or email by the Organizer or its representatives within five (5) working days of the draw; in the event that a selected participant is reached by email, he / she must respond to it by complying with the instructions given therein, if applicable. 7. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
By participating in this Competition, participants agree to abide by these Competition rules.
7.1 The Entry Forms are subject to verification by the Organizer. Entry Forms that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, mutilated, submitted late, contain an invalid email address or telephone number, do not contain a correct answer to the mathematical skill-testing question or otherwise do not comply with these rules will be automatically rejected and will not be eligible for a prize.
